A triad is a group of three people who meet together for the purpose of spiritual transformation, through a climate of transparent trust, the truth of God's Word, and mutual accountability. A discipleship curriculum is used, along with some scripture memorization and personal time seeking God for wisdom in knowing the obstacles and lies that keep us from serving Him. This "triad" format was developed by Greg Ogden and is described well in his book "Transforming Discipleship."
Some of the triads are using Andy Stanley's "Louder Than Words" and an accompanying workbook developed by Jan Riggs. This curriculum requires 20 weeks of the triad meeting together. There is some amount of weekly homework, much sharing in mutual accountability, and some very powerful life transformation. Each person is encouraged to find 2 others to begin another triad when they are finished.
If you are interested in a real transformation and are willing to commit for 20 weeks, please contact

. You are a good condidate for a triad if you hold the traits of loyalty to Jesus and teachability.
