A "Ministry" team is also a "service" team, which performs a specific purpose or service. Joining a Ministry team is an excellent way to serve God, using your spiritual gifts that God has given each person, as stated in the Bible:

"We have different gifts, according to the grace given us."    Roman 12:6

"Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms."    1 Peter 4:10
